A Font of Power object will be present in the dungeon, and the player with the Keystone must click on the Font of Power to open the Mythic+ UI. If you want to activate your Mythic Keystone, you’ll need to assemble a team of five heroes and venture to the specified Mythic dungeon. Once you’re inside, you’ll need to place the Keystone into the Font of Power. If you don’t interact with the Font, the dungeon will operate in its default Mythic state.
With the release of Battle for Azeroth, Mythic dungeons are now available to be soloed by any geared level 60 character. The one exception is the mount that drops from Mythic mode dungeons, which can only be obtained by running the dungeon in Mythic mode. This notice is to inform players that they will only see groups for dungeons where their item level qualifies. For example, Mythic Zero dungeons drop item level 372 gear, so players’ item levels going in should be a bit lower than that. The same goes for Heroic dungeons, which drop item level 359 gear- players’ item levels should be anywhere in the low-350s to 360s to be able to participate.
Mythic dungeons are designed to be difficult, and as such they are reset on a weekly basis so that players have a chance to progess through them. However, this does not affect Mythic Keystone dungeons, which are solo or small group dungeons that have a separate progress tracker.
Can you only do m0 once a week
You cannot do a mythic0 and redo it in the same week for gear. Regular mythics have a weekly lockout.
Mythic keystones will downgrade if the dungeon is not completed within the timer or if the character who used the keystone leaves the dungeon. If you complete the dungeon but don’t make the timer, you will get a Keystone for a random dungeon that is 1 level lower than the one used.
Is M0 gear upgradable
M0 is meant to be starter gear, not something to carry you through the whole season. The only reason the gear could be upgraded in past seasons was because those dungeons were in the M+ rotation.
If you’re a Horde player, Shadowfang Keep is an early dungeon that you’re more likely to venture into. If you’re an Alliance Warlock or Paladin, you’ll have to complete the dungeon for your class quests. You can enter the dungeon at Level 11, but it’s recommended to wait until you’re Level 18 to 21.
What does M0 drop
If you’re looking to start doing M0 content, you should aim for having gear that is around ilvl 360. This will help make sure that you’re able to do well in the content and that people are more likely to want to take you in their group. Keep in mind though that if you’re pugging, people might not want to take you until you’re closer to 370ish, so it might be better to start your own group.
