How to Change Activity Goals on iPhone
If you own an iPhone, you have probably noticed the Activity app on the home screen. This app monitors your physical activity, whether it be walking, running, or standing. By default, the app sets daily goals for you to achieve, but did you know you can change these goals to fit your individual lifestyle? Step 1: Open the Activity App
To start, locate and open the Activity app on your iPhone. The app icon looks like a set of colored rings and is typically located on the home screen.
